We have been organising group trips for as long as there have been group trips.
Groups has been arranging group accommodation throughout Switzerland since 1978. Around a third of all Swiss group houses are listed with us, and organisations such as Switzerland Tourism and the Federal Statistical Office obtain their data on Swiss group houses from us.
Kate and Patrick Weiss fulfilled a dream by taking over Groups AG — out of enthusiasm for nature, travel and skiing. Behind GroupsCAMP is a team from customer advice, marketing and IT that has known the Swiss group market for many years. Group leaders and hosts can reach us personally at any time.
A class camp involves more than the accommodation. For decades we have seen how much work arises around a booking, and how much of it disappears into email threads, Excel lists and phone calls with five different offices. GroupsCAMP brings this work together in one place — so the trip leader can look after the trip and not its administration.
We work independently of providers: you decide where you stay, who you travel with and where you rent. Only the trip leader sees the participants' data, and it is stored on servers in Switzerland.
