If everything is in order, you will find the instructions in your inbox shortly. It is worth checking your spam folder as well.
What really takes time on a camp is pulling everything together: accommodation, transport, ski passes, rental equipment, museum admissions or tickets for activities — each on a different platform, with its own login and its own confirmation. GroupsCAMP brings this together clearly in one application and builds a complete trip programme from it.
Accommodation already booked? Your own coach company? No problem. You still plan everything here. You only order from our partners if you want to.
Participants, rooms, travel, tickets, equipment, meals, excursions and costs are all in the same trip. No Excel file sent back and forth.
For everyone else, participant data stays anonymous. You share what someone actually needs: allergies with the kitchen, emergency numbers with the accompanying adult.
You import participants from Klapp or upload them as a CSV file.
Enter rooms, assign participants, see free beds. Also for houses you booked through another platform.
Find a connection, assign the group, order the ticket. No form, no queries at the ticket counter.
For connected ski areas, age categories and free passes for accompanying adults are already stored. You just choose the days — the system calculates the rest for you.
Skis, snowboards and boots go to the rental shop as one order. The equipment is ready on site; none of the 24 participants has to queue individually to try things on.
The menu plan takes allergies automatically from the participant list. Who cannot eat what is visible only to the people cooking — nobody else.
Every invoice for the trip is kept together in GroupsCAMP under Finances, with a note on whether it has been paid. You don't have to search your mail folder for the mountain railway's confirmation.
You see planned and actual costs side by side — so you know early on whether the contribution per child is enough, rather than finding out only at the final account.
Participants can be copied into a new camp with a tick. Anyone coming again is ticked; the rest stay behind.
GroupsCAMP manages both. The multi-day trip includes accommodation, room plan and catering; the day trip leaves out these two areas and keeps everything else.
Travel by SBB or coach, activities on site, the finished trip programme for the parents and the accounts in the finance register. Accommodation and menu planning are left out because they are not needed.
This adds accommodation and the room plan as well as menu planning for the whole week — with allergies and intolerances, so the kitchen knows what goes on which plate.
If you work with Klapp, you import the class in one step — Klapp is the communication app for schools, teachers and parents. If you don't use Klapp, you upload a CSV file of the kind every school administration and club register produces. Both lead to the same result.
Participant data is anonymised in the system and not visible to others. The only person who sees names, years of birth, allergies and emergency contacts is you, as class teacher or group leader. Everyone else sees only what you explicitly share.
You can delete the trip and all associated data yourself at any time. If the responsible person does not log in for two years, the data is deleted automatically by the system.
Move people between rooms by drag & drop. On the right, the accommodation details, regardless of where it was booked.
Around 700 houses can be enquired about directly through GroupsCAMP. The tool can also be used for houses from other platforms. Any accommodation can be entered by hand, with rooms, beds and allocation. That includes the house your school has been using for ten years.
The weekly plan with all meals, calories and allergens per dish — printable per day or for the whole week.
If you cook yourselves, you plan all the catering here. You store your own recipes that have proved themselves year after year, or draw on suggestions from Groups AG — tested in camp kitchens and calculated for large groups.
A camp generates invoices from the accommodation, the railway, the mountain railways, the rental shop and the excursion destination. In GroupsCAMP they are kept together with the trip — with amount, due date and a note on whether they have been paid.
You order rail, coach, mountain railways, ski passes, rental equipment, hiking trails and group travel insurance directly from the trip — with one login and in one overview. Otherwise these services run through a handful of forms, portals and email addresses; you will not find them bundled in one place like this anywhere else. And if you prefer your own coach company or organise the equipment locally, you still plan everything here: the system is provider-independent.
The partner network grows with every season. If a destination where you regularly hold camps is missing, let us know — we will get in touch with them.
Order form for rental equipment: choose the product, assign participants, submit the basket. The confirmation arrives by email; payment is made via Groups AG or directly to the partner.
Travel insurance matters for a group trip: it protects the whole group against the costs of a cancellation, an interrupted trip or an emergency on the way. In GroupsCAMP you book it directly from the trip, and the list of insured persons is created from the participants who are already entered.
GroupsCAMP calculates the premium from the trip price and shows it before you order. Cancellation is also done from within the trip.
You see what is on and what there is to do in the region of your accommodation, and build your programme from it — filtered by region, category and group size. No searching the evening before for what is possible in the rain: suitable destinations are right there in the trip.
Over 1'500 outdoor and indoor swimming pools in Switzerland.
With description, opening hours and admission prices, where the operator publishes them. You see which pools are near your accommodation instead of phoning the municipalities one by one when it rains.
There are no packages and no tiers. If you only want to manage participants, you use one area. If you run the whole camp through it, you use them all.
Create a trip, record dates and destination, archive completed trips and find them again.
Names, years of birth, sizes, allergies and emergency contacts in one place — anonymised for everyone except you.
Import a class from Klapp or upload a CSV file. Either way in one step.
Your own accommodation or one found via groups.swiss, with rooms, beds and allocation.
Search for connections and order group tickets for the whole group, including accompanying adults.
Tickets for connected destinations with age categories, group prices and free-pass rules.
Skis, snowboards and boots by size as one collective order to the rental shop.
Complete weekly planning with your own recipes or our suggestions, quantities based on the number of participants, allergens shown.
Over 7'000 excursion destinations and programme items, matched to the region of the accommodation.
All invoices for the trip, paid or outstanding, planned and actual costs side by side.
You decide who sees which details — accompanying adult, kitchen, providers. Revocable at any time.
What is ordered, confirmed and outstanding, on one page — from planning to the return journey.
The steps build on each other. Every detail is entered exactly once.
You sign in with GroupsID, the shared login of Groups AG. One account is enough for everything else. Your data is not passed on to third parties.
School or club, billing address, responsible person. After that, it is ready for every further trip.
Set dates, destination and accommodation, import participants from Klapp or via CSV.
Room plan, travel, tickets, equipment, catering and excursions. Invoices flow into the overview.
As part of the current offer, your first trip is free — with full access to all areas. After that, the price depends on the trip: a trip with an overnight stay costs CHF 29.–, a day trip without an overnight stay CHF 10.–. Orders from connected partners are billed by the partners directly.
Yes, and noticeably so from the second trip. A day trip costs CHF 10.– and includes travel, activities, trip programme and accounts; accommodation and menu planning are left out. The real gain is the class list: you enter the participants once and then carry them over into every further trip, for the rest of your time with the class.
Only you. Participant data is anonymised in the system; the only person with full access is the class teacher or group leader. Accompanying adults and the kitchen see only what you share, and any access you grant can be withdrawn again. GroupsCAMP is operated in Switzerland, by Nine Internet Solutions AG in Zurich. As the responsible person, you can delete the trip and all its data at any time; after that, the participant data can no longer be copied into future trips. If the class teacher does not log in for two years, the data is deleted automatically by the system.
Yes. Participants can be uploaded as a CSV file or entered by hand. Importing from Klapp is one option, not a requirement.
That makes no difference. You enter the accommodation and its rooms yourself and use the room plan, catering and everything else as usual. The system is provider-independent.
No. You can also use the trip just for planning and organise individual services yourself. Only what you select is ordered.
Yes. All areas are equally open to clubs, Scouts and youth groups.
Yes. Accompanying adults are assigned to the trip and work with the same up-to-date information — with the details you share with them.
